About The Position

This role involves a variety of tasks including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking phone orders, inventory management, and cleaning. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to perform basic math, handle monetary transactions, and use a computer keyboard or touch screen. The work environment can involve varying temperatures, exposure to food odors and dust, and working in cramped spaces. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and occasional climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting. Hand tasks require continuous use of hands, including forceful use of forearms and wrists for tasks like shaping dough. Delivery duties require a valid driver's license, an insured vehicle, navigational skills, and the ability to carry products while walking and climbing stairs in various weather conditions. Far and night vision are necessary for driving.

Requirements

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
