About The Position

This role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking phone orders, inventory management, and cleaning. Training is provided on the job. Essential skills include strong communication, basic math, accurate monetary change, computer/touch screen order entry, and motor coordination. The work environment includes varying temperatures, food odors, dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include talking, hearing, near/mid-range vision, depth perception, and differentiating hot/cold surfaces. Temperaments needed are the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make decisions. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, occasional sitting for paperwork, lifting up to 60 pounds, carrying, pushing/pulling trays, infrequent climbing, stooping/bending, occasional crouching/squatting, and continuous hand use including forceful gripping and pinching. Tools and equipment include pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. Additionally, the role requires product delivery by car, including navigating to the customer's door, and distributing marketing materials. This requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle, navigational skills, and the ability to navigate various terrains and multi-story buildings while carrying product. Physical demands for delivery include carrying product while walking and climbing, driving within a designated area, and walking to and from the vehicle to the customer's location. Climbing up to five or more flights of stairs may be required. Work conditions include exposure to varying weather conditions during delivery and sensing requirements include far and night vision for driving.

Requirements

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
