About The Position

The Assistant Manager position is salaried, non-exempt, and starts at $50,000-$55,000 annually with possible overtime. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards. The role involves working real work/life hours of operation, as most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm with no drive-thrus. Requirements

1+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
Experience with controlling costs.
Experience leading great shifts.
