About The Position

This role is for an Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza. The company is looking for individuals who have a natural inclination for leadership and are ready to move into a management position. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. They must set an example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from their crew. The role also involves staffing, paperwork, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, having transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

• Must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
