The Assistant Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the establishment in partnership with the manager, including orders, bank deposits, staff management, and financial reports. They will also be responsible for building lasting relationships with customers and representatives, providing excellent customer service, optimizing sales and store profitability, and ensuring the store is clean and attractive. The role requires the ability to lift and carry merchandise regularly, frequently, and without assistance, up to 12 kg (25 lbs), and to stand for long periods. Fluency in French is required for all hires in the Quebec region.
