About The Position

This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage and work areas, and preparing products. The Assistant Manager will also handle customer orders via phone and walk-up, continuously clean equipment and the facility, and deliver products by car to customer doors. Key responsibilities include ensuring food and product accuracy, inventory accountability, labor accountability, employee productivity, and accurate cash handling.
