About The Position

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager to join our team at our 3951 Taylorsville rd. location in Louisville, United States. Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, food service, or retail management environment

  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Strong financial acumen and experience handling cash transactions and reconciliation
  • Proven ability to train, mentor, and coach team members effectively
  • Exceptional customer complaint resolution and conflict management skills
  • Decision-making capability and assertiveness in managing operational challenges
  • Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15 people.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • You will also need access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license
  • You have to be at least 18 years old.

  • Oversee and manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to maintain high performance standards and foster a positive work culture
  • Run shifts efficiently while ensuring timely order preparation, accurate processing, and quality delivery
  • Handle cash transactions, reconcile registers, and maintain accurate financial records with meticulous attention to detail
  • Interact professionally and empathetically with customers, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring satisfaction
  • Answer phones, process customer orders accurately, and manage customer inquiries with exceptional communication skills
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment that complies with company standards and health regulations
  • Train and develop new team members through comprehensive onboarding and ongoing skill development
  • Implement, enforce, and communicate company policies and procedures consistently across all team members
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to analyze performance metrics, achieve sales targets, and identify opportunities for store improvement
  • Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and contribute to efficient inventory control and ordering processes
  • Make decisive decisions in high-pressure situations while remaining calm, organized, and solution-focused
  • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability when responding to operational challenges and changing business needs
