  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
  • Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
  • Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
  • Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor team members to ensure they meet performance standards and company policies
  • Oversee all cost controls, inventory management, and cash handling procedures during your shift
  • Maintain strict adherence to all company policies and procedures, setting the example for your team
  • Manage staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and team member availability
  • Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, food safety standards, and adherence to brand image guidelines
  • Process and manage paperwork, including inventory reports, financial records, and performance documentation
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Analyze operational data and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability and efficiency
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Ensure punctuality and attendance accountability for all team members
  • Train and develop team members on equipment operation, food preparation, and customer service protocols
  • Manage food inventory, ordering, and storage to minimize waste and control costs
  • Work collaboratively with upper management to implement new programs and achieve organizational goals
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously under pressure
  • Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
