This role involves assisting the manager in high-level store operations, managing the location, evaluating employee performance and coaching for improvement, ensuring the ultimate customer experience, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge. The store should be kept clean, neat, and organized.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Be a dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills
• Must be driven!
• 4 years: Customer Service
• 1 year: Management
• 3 years: Cashier

Nice To Haves

• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
• Experience working with a growing company
