About The Position
We are looking for future managers who want to manage their future and be the boss. This role is the second in command of a million-dollar business and offers the opportunity to grow to become THE boss. It requires judgment, leadership, math skills, and the ability to multitask. The company offers a fun and flexible work environment with valuable work experience. This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime available. You will oversee all aspects of the store, including ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team, and will be accountable for everything that happens within your store: People, Operations, Sales, or Profits. You will lead by example and must follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. You may be asked to help at other locations near your chosen location. This position requires working 5+ days per week, including most weekends.
Requirements
- Great positive attitude

- Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience LEADING people
- 18+ years of age
- Good driving record
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good background check
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Must reside near store location
