The Assistant Manager is responsible for the operation of all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, counting inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning the facility. On-the-job training includes customer service orientation, an interactive computer program, and hands-on practice. Customer service skills involve the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers. Pizza Delivery skills involve the ability to safely drive one's own vehicle, navigate roads and maps, and handle adverse terrain and stairs while carrying products. Essential skills include accurate mathematical calculations for monetary change, with the potential use of a calculator.
