They are hiring Assistant Managers and General Managers in Training in Milledgeville, Gray, Greensboro, Sandersville, Madison, Forsyth, Barnesville, and Jackson, Georgia. This role is for individuals who are natural leaders, ready to move up and take on responsibility. It's a tough job that requires skills in judgment, math, and multitasking, within a fun and flexible company environment. This work experience will be valuable for a long time to come.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Hire, train, schedule and manage employees in daily tasks
- Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs
- Manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and other operational functions
- Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
- Communicate between managers, customers, and employees
- Assist with deliveries as needed based on business
- Deliver product by car and then to door of customer
- Deliver flyers and door hangers
