About The Position

The Assistant Manager for Domino's Pizza provides managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operation standards in the restaurant. This role also involves preparing pizzas and all other products, delivering orders to customers, and completing necessary paperwork when the General Manager or store owner is not available.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
  • Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to walk for short distances for short durations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to push stacks of trays on dollies.
  • Ability to climb stairs or ladders infrequently.
  • Ability to stoop/bend at the waist.
  • Ability to crouch/squat occasionally.
  • Ability to reach continuously (up, down, and forward).
  • Ability to drive to deliver product to customers.
  • Eye-hand coordination is essential.
  • Use of hands is continuous during the day.
  • Frequent and/or forceful use of forearms and wrists for shaping pizza dough.
  • Ability to manipulate a pizza peel.
  • Frequent and/or forceful pinching for assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
  • Ability to grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
  • Ability to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager.
  • Implement operation standards in the restaurant.
  • Prepare pizzas and all other products.
  • Deliver orders to designated places.
  • Complete necessary paperwork when the General Manager or store owner is not around.
