About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and receiving and processing customer orders. This role also involves continuous cleaning of equipment and the facility, delivering products to customers, and maintaining accountability for food and product inventory, labor, and employee productivity. Additionally, the Assistant Manager is responsible for all cash handling and accuracy, coaching and training employees, and maintaining a clean and professionally run store.
