About The Position

Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key part of the leadership team, handling crucial aspects of store operations while learning through experience how to eventually become a General Manager one day or more!. Eligibility requires successfully managing a Domino's Pizza store for at least one year. Compensation Our Assistant Managers are paid an hourly rate between $14 and $18.00

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have valid U.S employment authorization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Possesses motivational skills and enthusiasm.

Nice To Haves

Prior management experience is a plus.
Preferred restaurant experience.

Adhering to all Team Sharma Domino’s Policies, included but not limited to the Team Sharma App usage 100%.
Ensuring all store calls must be answered after the first ring.
