About The Position

Purdys Chocolatier is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager for their Bramalea Centre location. This role supports the Shop Manager in driving profitability and ensuring smooth shop operations, while also providing leadership to the retail staff. It's a great opportunity to advance a retail career by selling award-winning chocolate and premium ice cream, focusing on customer engagement, sales, and teamwork. The position is permanent and full-time, requiring open availability for all shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least two years of management/supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality environment.
• Passionate about chocolate.
• Self-motivated and driven for results.
• Enthusiastic about selling a quality product.
• Dedicated to providing a great customer experience.
• Energetic and enjoy meeting new people.
• Excited about working with a team and building a career and growing within Purdys Chocolatier.
• Available for all types of shifts (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
