About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our pizzeria to success. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and motivating your team to deliver a delicious experience every time. This role involves leading the team by hiring, training, and supervising employees, fostering a positive work environment. It also includes managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by resolving issues, ensuring quality standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, you will drive sales and profitability by implementing marketing initiatives, controlling costs, and analyzing financial performance. Maintaining a spotless, safe, and inviting store that reflects a commitment to quality and cleanliness is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry but not required
Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for developing others
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Must be at least 18 years of age.
