About The Position

The role of an Assistant Manager (AM) is primarily focused on leading the team to a successful day, ensuring every customer receives the best possible experience. The AM assists the manager in ensuring the store operates at a high level, takes ownership while managing the location, evaluates employee performance and coaches for improvement, and maintains up-to-date product knowledge. The role also involves keeping the store clean, neat, and organized.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
Be a dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills
Must be driven!
4 years: Customer Service
1 year: Management
3 years: Cashier
