Requirements

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to safety, quality, and exceptional customer service.
Comfortable working both in an office setting and in the field.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise overnight field operations and route personnel.
Coach, train, and develop team members.
Ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence.
Respond to customer concerns, equipment issues, and field emergencies.
Assist with scheduling, payroll, route reconciliation, and billing.
Support hiring, performance management, and safety initiatives.
Ensure fleet and equipment readiness.
Perform field work and manual labor when operationally necessary.
Serve as the overnight operational leader in the absence of the Operations Manager.
