About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for running successful shifts, caring for customers, working toward store goals, assisting the General Manager with business operations, and leading the team on shift. This role upholds store policies and the brand image while helping create a positive environment for customers and team members. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Strong communication and verbal skills.
Outgoing, positive, and upbeat attitude.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Uphold and represent the brand image.
Manage the store and team in a high-volume environment and work toward service and store goals.
Learn organizational and inventory skills.
Train and coach team members to achieve product, service, and image standards.
Use store equipment and uphold safety standards.
Take ownership of resolving problems.
Operate equipment in the store, including tending the oven.
Manage time and multitask in a competitive work environment.
Create a fun, positive environment for customers and team members while taking orders.
Schedule and manage labor, attendance, and punctuality.
Learn and implement marketing tools.
Manage store cleanliness and learn health-board standards.
Lead team members toward store goals.
Follow accurate cash-handling procedures.
Assist the General Manager with all aspects of business operations.
