The Assistant Manager position is salaried, non-exempt, and starts at $40,000 - $45,000 annually with possible overtime. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards. The role involves working real work/life hours of operation, as most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm with no drive-thrus. Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
• Honest, energetic, motivational and fun personality
• Ability to remain humble and not be above doing any task
• Ability to consistently give customers more than they asked for
• Ability to do the right thing and let your conscience be your guide
• Ability to lead by example and show others what it looks like to be a great leader
