About The Position

The Assistant Manager will supervise store operations during assigned shifts, managing cost controls, inventory control, and cash control. This role is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, handling customer concerns, and supporting and coaching team members. The Assistant Manager will also maintain labor levels according to company standards and ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
  • Prior management experience in fast food (pizza experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of basic math and cash handling.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Pizza experience preferred.
