About The Position

Assist general manager in efforts to meet or exceed performance goals. Help to hire and train new team members to provide high quality product quality and service to customers. Provide a fun, professional and clean working environment. Manage and maintain the store in absence of General Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the food service or retail industry.
• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
