About The Position

This role involves managing store operations, including equipment operation, inventory management, product preparation, customer service via phone and in-person, and facility cleaning. The position requires individuals who are at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, along with access to an insured vehicle for deliveries. Essential skills include navigational abilities for delivery routes, the capacity to handle various terrains and building types, and strong communication and mathematical skills for order processing and financial transactions. The work environment includes exposure to varying temperatures, food odors, dust, and cramped spaces, as well as hot surfaces and sharp objects. Physical requirements include prolonged standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and occasional climbing, stooping, crouching, and reaching.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Standing for most tasks.
Walking for short distances for short durations.
Lifting bulk product deliveries (up to 50 pounds).
Carrying large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 pounds), and trays of pizza dough (approx. 12 pounds per tray).
Pushing to move trays on dollies.
Occasional climbing stairs or ladders.
Forward bending at the waist.
Occasional crouching/squatting.
Continuous reaching (up, down, and forward).
Eye-hand coordination is essential.
Use of hands is continuous during the day.
Frequent and/or forceful pinching for assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
Ability to grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
