Requirements
- Prior leadership experience in a restaurant or fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- A passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in daily operations
- Lead and develop shift managers and team members
- Ensure outstanding food quality and customer service
- Assist with financial responsibilities, such as inventory and cost control
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with food safety standards
