About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 55 E Green St location in Champaign, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees to achieve our goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the food service industry
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate team members
  • Proficiency in math and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
  • Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15 people.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • You will also need access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a given driver's license

  • You have to be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
  • Run shifts efficiently, ensuring timely order preparation and delivery
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist in training and developing new team members
  • Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately
  • Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement company policies and procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
  • Contribute to creating a positive work environment and team culture
  • Assist in achieving store performance targets and sales goals
