About The Position

Crossroads Apartments on Cleary Avenue in Metairie is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Assistant Manager to join their team. This role involves a variety of daily tasks, including welcoming prospective residents, coordinating move-ins, and ensuring an exceptional living experience for the community. Requirements

• A background in sales, customer service, or hospitality.
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Experience with property management software.
• A positive, goal-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.
• Flexibility to work an occasional Saturday when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Property management experience is a plus.
• AppFolio experience is a bonus, but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging tours of the apartment community to prospective residents.
• Coordinate the apartment make-ready process by working with the maintenance team and vendors to ensure apartments are move-in ready and on schedule.
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Guide new residents through the leasing process, from application to move-in day.
• Build relationships with residents and foster a sense of community.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, resident events, and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
