About The Position

The Assistant Manager at RMC is a high-impact sales position responsible for driving revenue, growing accounts, and maximizing branch performance. The role focuses on actively selling financial products, building customer relationships, achieving performance goals, and contributing to branch success. It offers a path to advancement to Branch Manager. The position is office-based and provides consumer loan services in person and by phone. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling.
Ability to pass drug screening and background checks where permitted by law.
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation, required for bank deposits.
Strong sales and closing ability.
Clear and confident communication.
Relationship-building skills.
Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Achieve individual and branch sales goals by driving performance, improving retention, and contributing to profitability.
Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions and manage the full loan lifecycle.
Generate new and repeat business through customer engagement and outbound outreach.
Deliver a high-energy, service-focused customer experience.
Process cash transactions and payments accurately while maintaining compliance.
Manage delinquency and help resolve past-due accounts.
Transport funds and deposits as part of branch operations.
Support team performance through additional responsibilities as needed.
