About The Position

This position is salaried, non-exempt and starts at $50,000-$55,000/annually with possible overtime. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards. The hours of operation are typically from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, with no drive-thrus. The company has plans to open more than an estimated 1000 new locations across North America, with an emphasis on promoting from within. There are 2 Secret Shops each week, and everyone on the team working during those shifts is eligible for bonuses based on the results of those visits. General Managers and Assistant Managers are eligible for up to 12 weeks of paid Family Bonding Leave based on time with the company, with immediate eligibility upon hire. Five Guys Enterprises LLC participates in eVerify.

1+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
