Responsibilities

Being responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Setting the example as a leader and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed 100% of the time.
Leading a team toward the goal of selling more pizzas and having more fun.
Staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working alone and with others, working under stress, meeting strict quality control standards, coordinating with coworkers and customers, analyzing and compiling data, and making sound, ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner.
Enthusiastic customer greeting and positive personality – taking orders and fielding customer concerns with a smile!
Operating, cleaning, and maintaining all store facilities and equipment.
Preparing product to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
Taking inventory, stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in or reach-in cooler, and completing associated paperwork.
Receiving and processing telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
Navigating to addresses within the designated delivery area, including diverse terrain and multi-story buildings, while carrying product.
Adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
Making correct monetary change.
Utilizing a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Standing for the majority of the shift.
Unloading bulk product deliveries (2-3 times per week).
Lifting and/or stacking product ingredients and supplies that may weigh up to 50 pounds.
Occasionally crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or utilizing stairs while performing job tasks.
Using hand-eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.
