Requirements
- Previous leadership or food service experience is a plus (but we will train the right attitude).
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and closing shifts.
- Punctuality and professional conduct are non-negotiable.
- Ability to count cash and manage basic inventory calculations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team during rush hours, assigning tasks and keeping energy high.
- Manage inventory, cash, and labor to keep the store profitable.
- Train and coach drivers and insiders to meet service standards.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and fix problems on the spot.
- Ensure the store is clean, safe, and fully stocked for the next shift.
