Requirements

  • Previous leadership or food service experience is a plus (but we will train the right attitude).
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and closing shifts.
  • Punctuality and professional conduct are non-negotiable.
  • Ability to count cash and manage basic inventory calculations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team during rush hours, assigning tasks and keeping energy high.
  • Manage inventory, cash, and labor to keep the store profitable.
  • Train and coach drivers and insiders to meet service standards.
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and fix problems on the spot.
  • Ensure the store is clean, safe, and fully stocked for the next shift.
