About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. This role requires a natural leader who can manage all aspects of a shift, including cost control, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. The Assistant Manager sets the tone and example for the store, requiring them to be highly engaged and effective at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team (managing 3-30 people per shift).
  • Stellar attitude and motivational skills.
  • A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to be a great role model with high standards for oneself and the team.
  • Willingness to work when the team needs you most, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
  • Manage a staff of 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
  • Oversee all store operations.
  • Greet customers and take orders, including answering the phone.
  • Operate the cash register and collect payments.
  • Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent products according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
  • Deliver products to customers via vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness from the customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
