About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls; profitability; and customer relations. The role requires setting a positive example, following company policies and procedures, and holding crew members to the same standards. The position is full-time, with day and evening shifts.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some supervisory or management experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability, and customer relations.
• Set an example for crew members and follow company policies and procedures while ensuring the crew does the same.
• Support staffing and complete paperwork.
• Manage food and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Provide great customer service.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality, and arrange transportation to and from work.
• Maintain store cleanliness and support local store marketing.
• Work effectively with team members and other store management.
