About The Position

The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role combining business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant Managers use creative expertise for floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge, and lead talent activities such as recruiting, training, engagement, and development. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

Perform opening and closing routines.
Supervise the salesfloor and stockroom to ensure excellent customer service and seamless operations.
Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and manage payroll.
Train and develop non-management staff.
Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
Build and maintain visual displays.
Analyze reporting to inform decision-making.
Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
Operate register and point-of-sale systems.
Fulfill omnichannel orders.
Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
