About The Position

The Assistant Manager progresses through four stages of management training, with opportunities for promotion and increased hourly pay as they develop toward supervising their own store. Assistant Managers are responsible for store operations during their shifts, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. They may manage 3 to 30 employees and perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Full open availability.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations during the scheduled shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Manage a shift team of 3 to 30 employees.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
• Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently in accordance with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
