About The Position

This role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking phone orders, conducting inventory, and cleaning the facility. Training is provided on the job. The position requires strong communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers, both verbally and in writing. Essential functions include accurate mathematical calculations, making correct change, and using a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry. The work environment can involve varying weather conditions, temperature fluctuations, food odors, dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the phone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments suited for this role include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions. Physical demands include prolonged standing and walking on various surfaces, with work surfaces typically between 36" and 48" high. Lifting is required for deliveries, with cases weighing up to 60 pounds that need to be unloaded and stacked up to 72" high. Carrying involves items like large cans (3 lbs 7 oz) and occasionally pizza sauce (30 lbs) or trays of pizza dough (approx. 12 lbs each). Pushing is required for moving trays on dollies. Climbing stairs or ladders may be necessary for tasks like changing signs or maintenance. Stooping and bending are frequent at the pizza assembly station and when stocking ingredients. Crouching/squatting is performed occasionally for stocking and cleaning. Reaching is continuous, up, down, and forward, sometimes above 72" for oven controls or sign changes. Hand tasks require eye-hand coordination and continuous use of hands, including forceful use of forearms and wrists for shaping dough, and pinching for assembling boxes. Tools and equipment may include pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. Additionally, the role includes delivering product by car to customer doors and distributing marketing materials. This requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle, and navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses. Delivery personnel must navigate various terrains, including multi-story buildings, while carrying product. Physical demands for delivery include carrying pizzas, sides, and beverages, driving within a designated area, and walking to and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location. Climbing may involve navigating five or more flights of stairs. The work conditions for delivery involve exposure to varying weather conditions.

Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
