About The Position

This role involves managing store operations, including equipment operation, stocking, product preparation, order taking, inventory management, and facility cleaning. Team members are responsible for delivering products to customers, which requires navigational skills and the ability to navigate various terrains and weather conditions. The position also involves customer interaction, both in person and over the phone.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
Depth perception.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Far vision and night vision for driving.
Standing for most tasks.
Walking for short distances for short durations.
Lifting bulk product deliveries (up to 50 pounds) and stacking onto shelves up to 72" high.
Carrying large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 pounds), and trays of pizza dough (approx. 12 pounds per tray).
Carrying pizzas and beverages during deliveries.
Pushing to move trays on dollies (up to 7.5 pounds of force).
Infrequently navigating stairs or climbing a ladder.
Forward bending at the waist.
Crouching/Squatting occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reaching continuously (up, down, and forward).
Eye-hand coordination is essential.
Use of hands is continuous during the day.
Frequent and/or forceful pinching for assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
Ability to grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
