About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in operating a million-dollar-plus restaurant business focused on delivering a positive customer experience and achieving financial results that support long-term growth. The role manages restaurant operations and staff, helps achieve store objectives, and ensures that company policies, procedures, programs, and systems are executed in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and ethical business practices. The position offers training and support, opportunities for advancement, and a role in restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 2 years of restaurant work experience in a supervisory position.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in team building and training.
• Excellent communication skills.
