We are searching for top candidates who are adaptable, self-motivated, have high energy and a passion for customer service. Learn and sharpen your business skills as a Manager for Domino's Pizza by leading and developing the in-store team members and drivers, managing all in-store operations during your shift including hands-on preparation of all food items to company standards, and managing your costs, all while in a fun and energetic environment!

Responsibilities

Perform opening and closing procedures
Supervise and motivate team members during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies
Monitor food quality, portion control, and adherence to food safety and health code regulations
Train new employees on food preparation, customer service protocols, and company procedures
Ensure the restaurant maintains cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment for customers and staff
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding store operations
Make food to the company standards of great quality
