Destination Pet is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead their team at Club Fetch. They are looking for a passionate team player and strong motivator who can support the mission, vision, and culture of Destination Pet. The role involves ensuring exceptional customer service and salesmanship, collaborating with support staff, and managing center staff under the direction of the General Manager. This includes recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching staff, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws and managing payroll budgets. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for the safety, security, and comfort of pet guests, resolving customer complaints, maintaining inventory, managing the computer system, and addressing facility maintenance needs in the General Manager's absence. Additionally, the role involves assisting with financial monitoring, making bank deposits, and promoting Destination Pet’s programs and services within the community.
