About The Position

This position is salaried, non-exempt and starts at $50,000/annually with possible overtime. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards. The company has plans to open more than an estimated 1000 new locations across North America, with emphasis on promoting from within. Requirements

1+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
Honest, energetic, motivational and fun personality
Ability to remain humble and not be above doing dishes
Ability to consistently give customers more than they asked for
Ability to do the right thing and let your conscience be your guide
Ability to lead by example and show others what it looks like to be a great leader
