Requirements

Must live in, near, or be willing to relocate to the Denver metro area.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2 years of experience in food service or retail management.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Proficiency in basic math and cash handling.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
Food safety Manager certification (e.g., ServSafe or State Food Safety) or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Passion for the Domino's brand and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Nice To Haves

associate's or bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.
Training and testing provided for Food safety Manager certification.
