We’re looking for a dedicated Restaurant and Retail Manager to lead and inspire our front-of-house team while delivering exceptional hospitality and upholding the highest standards of operational excellence. A key leadership role at Chompie’s, our Service Managers are the face of our brand—ensuring every guest leaves happy, every plate is a masterpiece, and every team member is empowered to succeed. Responsibilities

  • Embody Chompie’s with every interaction—guest or team member—and set the standard for professionalism, appearance, and attitude.
  • Remove roadblocks to excellence and maintain a culture of open communication, trust, and positive energy.
  • Model T.E.A.M. values and enforce non‑negotiables (QSC standards, portion control, personal hygiene, health codes).
  • Partner with your Regional Operations Partner in KPI‑focused meetings.
  • Own people, operations, and P&L performance through sales building, labor management, inventory control, and cash‑security procedures.
  • Ensure “Every Guest Leaves Happy” by executing OAC, ROR, line checks, temp logs, and offering add‑ons/upgrades to maximize both guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Ensure every dish is a work of art—on time, at perfect temperature, and impeccably presented.
  • Maintain a near‑pristine dining environment throughout every shift.
  • Execute promotions and LTOs, control waste, manage labor to target, and drive add‑on sales.
  • Complete pre‑close, side work, and closing duties accurately and safely.
  • Verify closing checklists.
  • Provide constructive feedback, resolve conflicts, and coach team members to higher performance.
  • Recruit and train new hires alongside your ROP.
  • Uphold HACCP guidelines, local health codes, and company safety/security policies at all times.
