Coffee Dose is seeking an Assistant Manager for their drive-through location in Costa Mesa, CA. This role is for a natural leader who can manage a morning rush with high energy and a sharp wit. The Assistant Manager will lead the drive-through squad, ensuring a smooth workflow, fostering a culture where personality is celebrated, and maintaining high-quality standards for all beverages. They will also handle customer concerns, operational issues, and partner with the Store Manager on scheduling, inventory, and training.

Requirements

You thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and can make quick decisions under pressure.
You take the craft of coffee seriously, even if you don't take yourself too seriously.
You’ve got a background in retail, hospitality, or specialty coffee leadership (if you’ve crushed it in a drive-through before, we definitely want to talk).

Responsibilities

Lead the "front line" of our Costa Mesa drive-through, ensuring the workflow is as smooth as our oat milk lattes.
Act as the ultimate mentor for our baristas, fostering a culture where personality is celebrated and bureaucracy is left at the door.
Ensure every Basic Btch Latte and specialty brew meets our high-quality, high-attitude standards.
Handle customer concerns or operational hiccups with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
Partner with the Store Manager on scheduling, inventory, and training to keep the shop running like a well-caffeinated machine.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
