Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift.
- Set the example as a leader and ensure all policies and procedures are followed 100% of the time.
- Lead a team toward the goal of selling more pizzas and having more fun.
- Manage staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
- Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, and make sound, ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner.
- Provide enthusiastic customer greetings and handle orders and customer concerns with a positive personality.
- Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment.
- Prepare product to Domino's specifications and guidelines.
- Take inventory, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in or reach-in cooler, and complete associated paperwork.
- Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously.
- Navigate to find addresses within the designated delivery area, including diverse terrain and multi-story buildings, while carrying product.
- Perform accurate and quick calculations for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, and make correct monetary change.
- Utilize a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
