Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operations of a high-volume store location, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
Supervise and support team members, providing guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to foster professional development
Help train new and existing staff members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular inventory counts
Support cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records and transactions
Help develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, working toward satisfactory resolutions
Assist with scheduling and workforce management to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours
Demonstrate strong self-motivation and take initiative in identifying and solving operational challenges
Support the Store Manager in executing company initiatives and maintaining brand standards
