The Assistant Manager is responsible for partnering with the Managing Director and Floor Director to successfully run all aspects of the business including building sales, identifying opportunities, and client development via CRM and service initiatives, coaching and counseling of staff. This role involves daily supervision of staff, including coaching, training, and assisting in achieving sales objectives. The Assistant Manager will demonstrate an active management presence on the sales floor, modeling exceptional service and ensuring team members embody the Hermès spirit. Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, contributing to performance evaluations, communicating and ensuring compliance with CRM standards and company policies, monitoring E-time and scheduling, organizing seasonal trainings, assisting in recruitment and interviewing, and making critical client decisions. The Assistant Manager will also run the business in the absence of the Managing Director/Floor Director.
