About The Position

Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. provides training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. This role is for a Janitorial Site Assistant Manager at the Ohio Fire Marshal location in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. The position requires management experience and offers a $250 signing bonus.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations (Manage employees, quality checks, training)
• Supervise employees
• Address customer questions, concerns, and requests
• Ensure compliance with safety rules
• Assist with general cleaning tasks as needed
• Other duties as assigned
