About The Position

Domino’s is looking for a dependable, motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our team, deliver excellent customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly. This role involves leading shifts, preparing food, handling customer inquiries, training employees, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards. The Assistant Manager will also support inventory management, cash handling, and assist the General Manager with staffing and store goals.

Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

• Restaurant or supervisory experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.
• Take orders, prepare food, and ensure orders are accurate and on time.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Train and coach employees on service, food preparation, and store procedures.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
• Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
• Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
• Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
• Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
