About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our Danville, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in cash handling and basic accounting principles
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
